All designs featured in our shop are created by Niphion and are protected by copyright laws.

All of the artworks and images you see in our products were created using AI technology, specifically through MidJourney. As a subscriber to MidJourney, Niphion holds a commercial license to sell the AI-generated images produced through their platform. While MidJourney retains copyright ownership over the underlying AI models and technology used to create the images, Niphion holds the rights to commercially use, sell, and distribute the specific designs we create.

Using the private option Midjourney provides, Niphion guarantees that all designs created are NOT to be found or viewed by the public. This guarantees the unique nature of each of Niphion's designs.

In some cases, AI-generated images are further enhanced or manually repainted by Niphion to ensure the highest quality for our merchandise.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of any of the designs or artwork for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Niphion.
